Ms. Jacobson began her real estate career as a real estate appraiser in the residential real estate field in and expanded her expertise to the commercial valuation industry. Her experience includes office parks and buildings, shopping centers, retail stores, subsidized and conventional apartment complexes, car dealerships and service centers, restaurants, agricultural land and landdevelopments, litigation support, ad Valorem Property tax appraisals and market feasibility studies.
While at CB Richard Ellis, Ms. Jacobson managed the operations for the Research Department and lead the Minneapolis Research team to provide support for over 80 brokerage professionals in the Minneapolis offices. Her department implements information management processes to assure data quality, coordinates mapping information, compiles and reviews demographic and real estate statistical data, conducts absorption and retention analysis studies, and disseminates quarterly and annual market statistic reports and publications for the Minneapolis regional brokerage divisions. She acted as a point of contact for local or regional media regarding market activity.
Prior to her real estate career, Ms. Jacobson has held professional positions in the field of fundraising, publishing, advertising, and market analysis. She has developed and successfully managed cutting edge editorial content to promote engaging, informative, and creative material through various publishing endeavors which include local magazines, marketing projects, and a community newspaper.
